Refund & Cancellation Policy

At My Dream Malta, we aim to deliver a seamless and memorable experience. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings.


1. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.

  • In most cases, we offer the option to secure your booking with a 25% deposit, with the remaining balance due at most 24 hours before a tour. 


2. Cancellations by the Customer

  • More than 1 week request:
    Full refund of any amount paid.

  • 24–48 hours before the tour:
    50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show:
    Refund will be at discretion of My Dream Malta. We try to be as flexible as possible.


3. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Changes to your booking (date/time) are allowed subject to availability.

  • We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

  • Last-minute changes (within 24 hours) may not be possible.


4. Cancellations by My Dream Malta

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative date or experience


5. Delays & Late Arrivals

  • Customers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time.

  • Delays may result in reduced tour time.

  • Significant delays (over 30 minutes without notice) may be treated as a no-show.


6. Experience Issues

If something does not meet expectations:

  • Please inform us during the tour so we can attempt to resolve it immediately.

  • Refunds or compensation are not automatic and will be assessed based on the situation.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Partial refund

  • Credit for a future experience

  • Alternative arrangements

All decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.


7. Third-Party Services

Some elements of tours (e.g., boat trips, ferry crossings, attraction tickets) may be operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by these providers, though we will assist in finding solutions where possible.


8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or transport issues
