At My Dream Malta, we are committed to giving you an unforgettable experience. While we do our very best to ensure everything runs smoothly, we understand that unexpected situations may occasionally arise.

If something doesn’t go as planned on the day of your tour, our team will do everything possible to resolve the issue on the spot. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fully remedy the situation, any refund or compensation will be determined at our sole discretion, depending on the nature and impact of the issue.

This may include a partial refund, credit for a future experience, or another reasonable solution — as we see fit.

By booking with My Dream Malta, you agree that refunds or compensation are not automatic and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by our team.
